nestlers marketplace
Nestlers Marketplace is a leading provider of relocation services based in Romania, working with international clients and brands. Wishing to expand their business they needed a new website, an admin, native mobile apps and a CRM that could be given out to partners.
the project
The concept behind the cross-platform service was to allow providers of relocation services to post their offers and companies or expats to purchase them. The platform would then give the necessary tools to the providers so they can carry out the order received and relocate the expat and a mobile app to expats so they can be kept in the loop about the process.
Website
Dedicated website where providers can post their services and expats can browse, purchase and stay in contact with the person managing their case
mARKETPLACE ADMIN
Admin accessible trough the Nestlers Website where providers can upload their offers, create and manage the data they show and stay in contact with the expats
EXPAT MOBILE APP
Native iOS and Android apps for expats where they can browse, purchase relocation services and use the platform to stay up to date with the process
PROVIDER CRM
CRM that will be given to providers to use internally and optimize the day-to-day relocation workflow, effectively replacing Excel, Word, lengthy emails and task sheets.

challenges
Nestlers Marketplace spans across 5 different platforms - the main challenge of the project was keeping the platforms consistent and easily recognizable as part of the Nestlers brand and identity.
Secondly, the platforms hold sensitive information that needs to be processed by the provider working on relocation cases - everything must be clear and easily accessible. The challenge was understanding the workflow of a relocation provider and creating a UX & UI that help in their daily work process and make it simpler and faster.
what i learned
Nestlers was a challenging project - designing with someone else's workflow in mind, making sure all users are taken into account, creating native platforms that would fit the needs of the project, while at the same time keeping the project consistent and recognizable.
My takeaway form this project is the importance of the discovery phase - understanding your client, the people you are designing for, their needs and their daily working process so you can design something that fits their life.
